All orders are handled remotely.

When submitting an offer, I always give the approximate time for the project start, after the completion of the previous projects.

Life is too short for dunning procedures. Therefore, for an order volume up to € 1.000,00 I only accept full prepayments. In case of higher amounts 50% (but at least € 1.000,00) prepayment before beginning and the rest upon completion and before delivery.

My hourly rate is € 150,00 plus 19% VAT.
